The petitioners, alleging that he have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 352, 506(i) IPC r/w under sections 3 (1)(x)of the Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 , seeks a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thanjavur District, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day in connection with Cr.No.5/2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thanjavur District, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thanjavur District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
