Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to implement a mechanism to verify the accuracy of credit information provided by Credit Instructions/Banks/Financial Institutions before publishing the same on its website and permanently remove the name of the petitioner as Director of M/s.Paramount Airways Pvt Ltd., from its website.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the the first respondent to implement a mechanism to verify the accuracy of credit information provided by Credit Instructions/Banks/Financial Institutions before publishing the same on its website and permanently remove the name of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner as Director of M/s.Paramount Airways Pvt Ltd., from its website.

2. The first respondent is a Private Limited Company. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is against the first respondent-Private Limited Company.

This apart, the writ petition was filed in the year 2013 and on account of efflux of time, the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition cannot be considered. Further, no writ can be entertained against the Private Respondent for the purpose of granting the relief. If at all any grievance exists against the Public Authorities, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority. 4.
