ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station for a period of two weeks and report before the Cantonment Police Station at 10:30 a.m., and thereafter, before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3255 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3255 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is relaxed.
