ORDER

When the matter was taken up today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on earlier two occasions i.e., on 23.08.2018 and 12.10.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners.

2. In the order dated 12.10.2018, it is reflected that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the last date of hearing i.e., on 23.08.2018. Hence, the matter was posted for dismissal today. However, as stated earlier, today also none appears for the petitioners and hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
