Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of termination of service passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in R.No.59048/E5/A3/2010 dated 22.09.2010 and to quash the and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to publish the result of the special qualifying examination conducted by the 3rd respondent on 29.11.2009 and 13.10.2010 for regularisation of employment of the petitioner.

ORDER
Challenging the order of termination issued by the 2nd respondent dated 22.09.2010 and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to publish the result of the special qualifying examination conducted on 29.11.2009 and 13.10.2010 in order to regularise the service of the petitioner as Assistant Surgeon in the Tamil Nadu Medical Service , the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. This court, accordingly, grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. No costs.
