O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai to entertain, consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioner when they surrenders before the said Court in Crime No.1204 of 2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-5, Sasthiri Nagar Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 420, 506(i) of IPC along with the provisions of SC/ST Act.

4. The allegation in the FIR is that this petitioner had taken money from the Dalit applicant, on promise the he will get a job in Railways and cheated him. Hence, there seems to be allegation against this petitioner.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
