[Order of the court made by M.GOVINDARAJ, J.] This Writ Petition filed by an Association to direct the respondent/The Sub Collector, Salem District, to issue Community Certificate, pursuant to the representation made by them dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

25.04.2017 and 08.05.2017. Totally, 52 members of the Association have sought for community certificate and they have submitted their application to the respondent along with all the necessary documents.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. We have also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction issued to the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner's association for issuance of community certificate.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner's association, in respect of 52 members for issuance of community certificates within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if all the necessary documents are placed before him.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
