Prayer: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 12.03.2020 in C.M.P.No.5974 of 2020 in C.R.P.No.1094 of 2020.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The respondents 1 to 3/contemnors are present. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the contemnors submitted that having realised the mistake committed, possession was sought to be handed over on the next day itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid statement is not correct. However, the petitioner is willing to take back the possession.

4.In such view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors submitted that the petitioner can take back the keys from

Sarkar Samakulam Branch, Coimbatore on 02.12.2020. The petitioner is directed to take back the possession from Sarkar Samakulam Branch, Coimbatore, on that date.

5.As we find that the order has not been complied with despite notice being issued, the contemnors 2 and 3 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) by way of costs to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai within a period of one week and file a compliance report before this Court on 09.12.2020. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.

6.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 09.12.2020. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) raa //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2020.
