Heard Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for First, Second, Fourth and Fifth Respondents and Mrs. J.Sreevidhya, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioners when the matter is called at 3.48 p.m. Today.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to consider the application dated 17.04.2015 and 22.05.2017 forwarded by the Fifth Respondent for the payment of family pension to the Petitioner with effect from 08.03.2015 together with interest and disburse the same. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, family pension has been sanctioned to the Petitioners by P.P.O. No. FC 569807 for the period from 10.03.2015 to 09.03.2022 and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition and if the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
