Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, her child and her family members at the hose site situated at Pondicherry Registration District, Pondicherry sub-registration district within the municipal limits of Pondicherry, Pondicherry revenue village, No.40, a house site admeasuring east to west 13.2 metres on the northern side, 12.6 metres on the southern side, north to south 30 metres on the eastern side and 29.8 metres on the western side, having 8 number of rooms,

consisting of a building bearing Door No.96(Old No.78) Perumal Kovil Street, Puducherry, comprised in re-survey no.239 pt., town survey no.100, ward c and block No.9 ("Subject Property") on basis of the representations dated 19.11.2025 and 14.01.2026 by the petitioner, from the third respondent and his henchmen until the completion of the investigation by the second respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, her child and her family members at the hose site situated at Pondicherry Registration District, Pondicherry sub-registration district within the municipal limits of Pondicherry, Pondicherry revenue village, No.40, a house site admeasuring east to west 13.2 metres on the northern side, 12.6 metres on the southern side, north to south 30 metres on the eastern side and 29.8 metres on the western side, having 8 number of rooms, consisting of a building bearing Door No.96(Old No.78) Perumal Kovil Street, Puducherry, comprised in re-survey no.239 pt., town survey no.100, ward c and block No.9 ("Subject Property") on basis of the representations dated 19.11.2025 and 14.01.2026 by the petitioner, from

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
