4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.1651 of 2013 has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.234 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi and cognizance has been taken on 27.08.2015.
