It is seen from the records that on an earlier occasions i.e., on 02.11.2023, 16.11.2023, 20.11.2023 & 06.12.2023 respectively, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.U.Dineshraj Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner is not evinced any interest to prosecute this case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
