CR.NO.767 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1666/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20628/2020 dated 18.02.2021 in so far as reporting before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1666 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20628 of 2020 dated 18.02.2021 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1666 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20628 of 2020 dated 18.02.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
