ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 387, 323 and 506(I) of IPC in Crime No.570 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The petitioner herein along with one Chandiran after developing intimacy with the de facto complainant alluring him for sex and started intimidating the de facto complainant and demanded money for not to disclose the unnatural relationship. When he refused to give the money, the defacto complainant was attacked by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is case and case in counter in which the petitioner herein given complaint against the de facto complainant under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC.

This Court after considering the facts found in the FIR and the statement dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition vide order dated 25.03.2022, this Court finds no change of circumstances to revisit the earlier order hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. -sd/- 19/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
