ORDER

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents/landlords submitted that the respondents filed R.C.O.P.No.2075 of 2013 for eviction of the petitioner. Now the petitioner/tenant has vacated and handed over the possession of the petition premises to the respondents and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
