This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2014.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. This petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.8547 of 2015 for the same prayer and this Court disposed of the same on 07.04.2015 as follows:

"3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the ground that in respect of the same allegations, the District Registrar is conducing enquiry.
