This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent/Police to register a case against the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a reading of the complaint, it does not disclose commission of cognizable offence, but discloses the commission of non-cognizable offence. Further, the complaint has also been sent by post to the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the respondent Police and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
