Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, to strike out the plaint in OS 2086/2014 on the file of the XII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. (in CRP.PD.No.1211/19) and

(2) To STAY all further proceedings in OS 2086/2014 before the XI Assistant City Civil Court, Madras,(in CMP.7797/2019) respectively pending CRP PD No.1211 of 2019.
