ORDER

This revision is filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.522 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore. This suit filed for partition of the property.

2. From the status report, it is seen that as the matter has been listed under the caption for trial from 15.12.2015, it is stated that the interlocutory application has been filed and the same is said to have been disposed of. Since the Subordinate Court is not the competent authority to complete the trial and dispose of the suit, the 1st Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.522 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than 31.10.2017.
