ORDER

On 21.07.2015, this Court has passed the following orders:

"It is seen that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner against one Advocate, Mr.Hariharan, a petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent police. The second respondent police shall enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law."

Thereafter, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor mentioned the matter and the matter is posted today under the caption "For being mentioned".

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even before 21.07.2015 itself, the petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 25.03.2015.
