When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the Judgment of the Division Bench by this Court in W.A.No.867 of 2015, WP.Nos.34161 of 2016, batch matters, the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
