ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
