ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) The first detenue is the petitioner's daughter, the other two detenues are her minor grandchildren. Complaining that the petitioner's daughter and her grandchildren went missing from 12.02.2025, she had lodged a complaint on 15.02.2025 before the second respondent police, which was registered in Cr.No.46 of 2025 under the caption 'girl and children missing'. Since the detenues could not be traced within a reasonable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, the second respondent police had secured all the three detenues and had produced them before us. When we interacted with the petitioner's daughter, who is aged about 23 years, she expressed that she is willing to reconcile with her mother and live under her care and protection, along with her two minor children.

3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner's daughter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no further orders are

required to be passed in this petition.

4. This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly. [M.S.R., J] [N.S., J] 28.04.2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet: Yes/No Anu To 1.The Superintendent of Police (S.P), Cuddalore District, Cuddalore.
