This petition has been filed to grant an interim stay of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.3567/A3/2011 dated 02.06.2016, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. The main writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent No. 1 to 4 to evaluate the equivalence of Teacher Training Certificate obtained by the petitioner from the Board of PreUniversity Education, Government of Karnata and regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade teacher.

3. Unless the issue involved in the main writ petition is decided at the time of final disposal, interim stay cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

4. Post the main writ petition for final disposal on 20.01.2020.
