PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to permit the petitioner to travel abroad to Australia from 01.04.2025 to 11.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14071 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

ORDER

This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to travel abroad, viz., Australia from 01.04.2025 to 11.04.2025, since one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner was that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court in Crl.O.P.No.14071 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

Heard both sides.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner can make an application before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore, seeking permission to leave India, informing the details of the stay, date of departure and arrival, contact number,etc.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of. 24.03.2025 vca Note:Issue order copy on 25.03.2025.
