This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2015 and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute. Inasmuch as, even according to the complainant, he has lent Rs.2,00,000/- to the opposite party, which the opposite party is not agreeing to return it. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
