Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 22.02.2021 in bail application in Crl.OP.No.2101 of 2021 that the petitioners should sign before the Virudhachalam Police Station every day 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOSEPH JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and yet to file a final report.

4. Though, the petitioner was granted bail on 22.02.2021 on certain conditions, considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
