Application Nos. 2046 and 2047 of 2024 in O.P. No. 207 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

These applications have been filed seeking permission to execute the security bond for her and also on behalf of other applicants in the original petition and also seeking extension of time for execution of the security bond.

2. In the affidavits filed, it had been stated that the 1st, 3rd and 4th applicants are senior citizens, the 5th applicant is residing at abroad and the 6th and 7th applicants are residing at Kancheepuram. It is for that reasons the applicants herein seeks permission to execute the security bond on all their behalf and also on her behalf. The consent affidavits have been filed by each one of the other applicants consenting to this particular arrangement.

3. In view of the same, these applications are allowed. Consequent to this, time is sought to execute the security bond and the learned counsel states that it would be executed on or before 28.06.2024.

4. Time is extended till 28.06.2024.
