2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent for obtaining copy of the closure report for taking further action in the manner known to law.
