Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am under order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.OP.No.19423/2021 in Crime No28/2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SURESHBABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19243 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
