(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.)

None appeared on behalf of the appellant.

2. The writ petitioner is the appellant herein and the writ petition has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondent to frame necessary Rules for inviting participants to All Party Meeting to be called by the Government.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the meeting was convened during the relevant point of time and therefore, the matter has become infructuous. That apart, the very relief sought for to frame necessary Rules for inviting participants to All Party Meeting cannot be undertaken by the High Court in exercise of powers of judicial review. Convening a meeting is the decision to be taken by the Government on the administrative side and that being so, the writ relief was rightly rejected by the learned Single Judge and consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
