Today, when the review application was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that in view of the withdrawal of the cases in W.P.Nos.19125 to 19128 of 2013, Contempt Petition No.2263 of 2013 and M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Review Application SR104788 of 2013, which are connected to the issues raised herein, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Review Application.
