] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 476 days in filing the above mentioned Criminal Appeal in order dated 26.09.2022 in Special S.C.No.12 of 2021 in the Court of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
