This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the First Saturday of every English Calendar at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No 525 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No 30153 of 2024 dated 21.02.2025 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the First Saturday of every English Calendar at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No 525 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No 30153 of 2024 dated 21.02.2025, is relaxed.
