ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in Nanjai Patta No.321 issued in respect of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026.

2.The petitioner claims that his name has to be included along with others in Patta No. 321 in respect of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has filed the supporting documents in support of his representation dated 13.02.2026.

3.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 4.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the Patta holders in respect of Patta No.321 and

any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026 seeking for inclusion of his name in patta No.321 issued in respect of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the persons in whose names Patta No.321 presently stand and any other necessary party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
