Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners/accused that the petitioners/accused are directed to report before the Tambaram police station daily at 10.30 a.m. for 15 days and further directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required in crl.mp.no.2016 of 2021 in cr.no.47 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, and they may be directed to appear before the trial court on summons and thus pass such favourable orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.HUSSAINI BASHA Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.2016 of 2021 dated 05.04.2021, against the petitioner directing him to report before the Tambaram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for 15 days and further directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and further submitted that the anticipatory bail has been granted only on 05.04.2021 and the investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the fact that the anticipatory bail has been granted only on 05.04.2021, there is no change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by the Court below.
