This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.758 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.758 of 2020, the final report has been filed on 13.03.2025 and the same has been taken cognizance on the file the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
