O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the interim injunction granted on 09.03.2015 in I.A.No.115 of 2015 in O.S.No.32 of 2015. The said suit was filed by the respondent against the petitioner for permanent injunction restraining the

petitioner from interfering with the respondent's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property.

2. In view of the relief sought for in the suit, without deciding the Civil Revision Petition on merits, the same is disposed of directing the District Munsif, Coonoor to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 10.01.2018 Index :: Yes/No Internet :: Yes/No gsa To The District Munsif, Coonoor.
