Prayer in C.R.P.No.694 of 2017:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.325 of 2016 by the learned Judge, IX Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai dismissing the appeal and confirming the order of eviction dated 25.04.2016 in R.C.O.P.No.2323 of 2013 by the Learned X Judge in the Small Causes Court at Chennai with the costs of the petitioner throughout.

Prayer in C.R.P.No.706 of 2017:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.324 of 2016 by the learned IX Judge, Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai dismissing the appeal and confirming the order and decreetal order in R.C.O.P.No.2322 of 2013 by the Learned X Judge in the Small Causes Court at Chennai with the costs of the petitioner throughout.

Prayer in C.R.P.No.734 of 2017:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.323 of 2016 by the learned IX Judge, Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai dismissing the appeal and confirming the order of eviction in R.C.O.P.No.2321 of 2013 by the Learned X Judge in the Small Causes Court at Chennai with the costs of the petitioner throughout.

In all C.R.Ps For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents R1 to R5 : No appearance COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed as against the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in R.C.A.Nos.322, 325, 324 and 323 of 2016 by the learned Judge, IX Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai, dismissing the appeal and confirming the order and decreetal order in R.C.O.P.Nos.2320, 2323, 2322 and 2321 of 2013 dated 25.04.2016 by the Learned X Judge in the Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. Already these petitions were dismissed for default by this Court. Subsequently, all the petitions were restored by this Court, on 02.03.2022. Even then, the petitioners failed to appear before this Court, in person or through pleader to pursue these petitions.

3. Today also, no one appeared in person or through pleader. It shows that only to drag the proceedings, conveniently the counsel is absent before this Court and it is a clear abuse of process of Court.

4. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 10.02.2023 Speaking/Non-speaking order Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No mn
