A.S.MUFEETH AHAMED Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/ 4th accused in S.T.C.No. 420 of 2018 pending on the file of court of Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court-II, Erode.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.P.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond under Section 88 Cr.P.C. for Rs.5,000/- without sureties, on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.20356 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No. 20356 of 2018.

2.Registry is directed to post this Crl.O.P. along with Crl.O.P.Nos.20353 of 2018, 20354 of 2018, 20355 of 2018 and 17976 of 2018 on 03.09.2018.
