ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of investigation in C.No.146/DC-CCB-TBM/COP(T)/2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case in C.C.No.71 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram. Now, the first respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners. Therefore, this petition. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as of now there is no petition enquiry or First Information Report is pending against the petitioner except the case in C.C.No.71 of 2021. The petitioner is not required for any enquiry in connection with any other First Information Report of petition enquiry. 4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Criminal side), there is no petition enquiry or First Information Report is pending apart from the pendency of C.C.No.71 of 2021 and petitioner is not required for any enquiry in connection with petition enquiry or First Information Report, no further order need to be passed in this petition.
