This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to produce the petitioner's wife, detenue, viz., Mrs.Lavanya, aged about 48 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is seen from records that a woman missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Cr.No.7 of 2019.

3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].
