ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 24.06.2025 in M.C.O.P.No.1077

of 2023 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub-Court II, Salem.

2. In the affidavit filed explaining the reasons for the delay it had been stated that the certified copy was delivered on 09.08.2025 and thereafter, the order was misplaced, the new Officer had found the order copy after some time and obtained instructions to file the appeal.

3. Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel is on caveat for the claimant and heard the learned counsel.

4. Taking note of all the factors into consideration, this petition is allowed and the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is also directed to print the name of the counsel for caveator when the appeal is listed for admission.
