ORDER
The learned counsel sought the permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition for the reason that only an appeal is maintainable under Order 43 of the Civil Procedure Code, as against the order passed in I.A.No.143/2014 in O.S.No.17/2010. The learned
M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr counsel also sought liberty to file an appeal as against the impugned order. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order passed in I.A.No.143/2014 in O.S.No.17/2010, by way of an appeal before the appellate court, in accordance with law. No costs.
