Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.OP.No.19472/2020 dated 22.02.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.K.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19472 of 2020, dated 22.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19472 of 2020 dated 22.02.2021 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19472 of 2020 dated 22.02.2021 is relaxed.
