..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 31.10.2017 Ref.No.Na.Ka.1419/2017/ Tha.sa(1) issued by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to cause re-audit of the petitioner's society's account pertaining to the financial year 2013 - 2014 and release the reserve fund created towards already realized debts, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
