Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Honble Court to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.00 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3634 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SARITHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 15.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3634 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
