This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3387 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3387 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before concerned CBCID Court for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for enquiry, until further orders.
