The above C.M.P. is filed to condone the delay of 1116 days in representing the appeal suit. 2.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of costs of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) by the petitioner in favour of "Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai" within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which the miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
