By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that his father was the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.544/4, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Marungur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, admeasuring to an extent of 75 cents and the Revenue Authorities, overlooking the fact of dismissal of O.S.No.277/2000, filed by the fourth respondent for declaration of title and injunction, on the file of the Court of District Munsif at Panruti, had not cancelled the patta, which was issued wrongly in favour of the respondents 4 and 5, and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 27.3.2014, and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.

Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the facts and circumstances, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.3.2014, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 and 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
